***Our sausage is quite lean. If you are looking for a “meatier” sausage, this may be the one for you.
Looking for a large portion of farm raised pork? Now is the time to start thinking about it!
ORDER 1/2 and WHOLE PIGS: Pre-orders and deposits will be accepted until April 15th for fall 1/2 and whole pigs. $100.00 deposit for a half pig and $200.00 for a whole. Your pork will be ready in September – October and at that time you will pay $3.50 per pound hanging weight for finished product plus smoking costs. (your deposit is put towards the final price) This is the most COST EFFECTIVE way to purchase pork as apposed to purchasing a package of this or that throughout the year.
